No. Submitting your property for review does not obligate you to accept an offer or move forward with a transaction.

Proguise South evaluates real estate opportunities using different acquisition strategies. Depending on the transaction, we may purchase a property directly, work with investment partners, or assign our contractual interest to another buyer when permitted.
