Property Conditions We Consider
A property does not need to be in perfect condition to be considered. We evaluate opportunities across a range of circumstances.
01 — Move-In Ready
Properties in good condition that may require little or no immediate work.
02 — Repairs Needed
Properties requiring cosmetic updates, deferred maintenance, or more substantial repairs.
03 — Vacant Properties
Unoccupied properties, including those that have been vacant for an extended period.
04 — Unique Situations
Inherited properties, relocation situations, development opportunities, and other circumstances.
